RASIFIWA WRISTART WARRANTY

RASIFIWA WRISTART(TM) is warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase; covering the defects in material or resulting from manufacturing of the watch. 

excluded from this limited warranty:

  • Damage from an accident, normal wear, negligence, misuse, abuse, inappropriate usage, lack of precision or intervention un-authorised by RASIFIWA.
  • Loss and theft.
  • All WristArts pass quality control checks before shipping.

SALES TAX / SHIPPING 

RASIFIWA will ship within 2 – 3 days of purchase.

Made to order 2 — 50 weeks for long-term clients/HODLers.

Any tax, insurance, or import duties will be covered by the receiver/purchaser.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 All items pass quality control checks before shipping, therefore all items purchased on rasifiwa.com/rasifiwa.art are Non-refundable.

Items damaged during shipping can be exchanged within 5 days of receiving and must be unused with all original labels still attached, original packaging, and sales invoice. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and exchange costs.  

 All personalised and made-to-order creations can not be returned for exchange or refund. 

 All of the above is upon RASIFIWA’s discretion.
